Racing Career Highlights
TC Motorsports Team Principle Carlo Sparacio finished 3rd in the 2005 SCCA Pro Miata Cup Presented by Hankook, Pacific Tour Championship, with two podium finishes, two top five finishes, two Sunoco Hard Charger Awards for advancing the most positions in a race, and was the top-ranked rookie of the series.

Carlo drove the TC Motorsports Spec Miata in the 2004 ICSCC Spec Miata championship series and finished 2nd, missing the top spot by only one point. In his quest for the championship, he recorded three track records, seven pole positions, six wins, 11 top three finishes, and one top five finish. In addition, Carlo earned the highest number of top finishing positions than all other drivers in the series.

In addition to sprint racing, Carlo has helped to lead TC Motorsports' successful endurance racing program.  Carlo was lead driver of the 1st place TC Motorsports Spec Miata at both the 2004 and 2005 CSCC 8-Hours of the Cascades.  Carlo was also the lead driver of the TC Motorsports Spec Miata at the 2004 and 2005 NASA Pro Racing 25-Hours of Thunderhill endurance races where the team finished and 3rd of 23 in class (11th of 59 overall) 2nd of 20 in class (7th of 58 overall), respectively.

In 2003, Carlo was the lead team driver in the TC Motorsports PRO7 Mazda RX-7 at the CSCC 8-Hours of the Cascades where the team finished 5th in class and 7th of 21 overall.  Carlo also started the SRR Team's Super Production Chevy Camaro Z28 at the ICSCC Hot August Days championship where he finished 1st in class and 3rd of 16 overall.

Carlo has also participated in SCCA Solo 2 competition, winning the 1999 NWR SCCA Street Prepared Solo 2 season championship.  He had a 1st place finish in the 130 mph class at the 1999 Nevada Open Road Race driving an SVT Mustang Cobra. In addition, between 1992 and 1998, Carlo also competed in NHRA Pro and Sportsman bracket drag racing with great success throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Personal

Born in Las Vegas, NV, Carlo works as a Professional Driver for various automobile manufactures including BMW, Hummer, Volvo, Acura, Toyota, Nissan, and Scion, and also performs test and development work for race teams.  He is a Senior Instructor at ProFormance Race School and is a Marlboro Racing School Hot Lap Program professional driver.
