Trackside Support & Management

We have the mobile equipment and crew available to offer full trackside support and race team management for both sprint and endurance races.  We provide these services to help you have the most productive and enjoyable race possible.  Our experienced crew has worked across the country at Club- and National-level races, and professional races, including endurance races ranging from four to 25 hours. 

Each package is developed and tailored to each driver’s or team’s needs.  Please contact us with your requirements for a more detailed sprint or endurance racing program plan.

Services available for sprint and endurance races:

• Collect and analyze data such as tire pressures, tire temperatures, and laps times in the pit lane to see how best to adjust the chassis for more speed
• Perform full alignments and corner balancing in the paddock with our chassis set-up equipment to optimize your racecar’s set-up
• Manage tire, fuel, and spare part requirements
• Formulate race strategy and pit stops
• Give you information such as the green flag call, lap times, sector times, and interval times over the team radio
• Transport racecars and equipment
• Manage testing schedules and complete pre and post race inspections
• Analyze data from acquisition systems to see where you can benefit from set-up changes or driver coaching tailored to your needs
• Provide administrative support, such as filling out entry forms and getting fees in on time.  We can even handle all of your travel and lodging needs.
