Therefore, when you purchase a part or service that is marked with our special Speed Guarantee logo, we GUARANTEE you will reduce your lap time or we’ll give you your money back!* In addition, when you hire a TC Motorsports’ driver coach, we guarantee you will go faster than you ever have before or we’ll coach you until you do at no charge!*

*Lap times, top speed, acceleration, braking, and corning speed to be compared will be measured at the same track, in the same car (i.e., chassis S/N or VIN), in similar weather conditions, by the same timing system or instruments and all lap times must be documented and are subject to verification. TC Motorsports, LLC reserves the right to review the part(s) specification that is being replaced. If the part is of equal or higher price or performance potential, the part is subject to review by TC Motorsports, LLC, and may invalidate the Speed Guarantee. If modifications or adjustments have been made to the car since the original time reference lap, those modifications or adjustments must be disclosed and are subject to review by TC Motorsports, LLC, and may invalidate the Speed Guarantee. Labor, shipping fees, and applicable taxes associated with a Speed Guarantee part are not subject to and are not included in the Speed Guarantee.
