TC Motorsports provides driver coaching services to professional racers who want to find that extra tenth of a second, which can be the difference between qualifying on pole and starting further back in the pack. Carlo and Taryn Sparacio, who are TC Motorsports’ lead driver coaches, are both successful race car drivers who have helped novices, professionals, and every level of driver in between achieve their driving goals. Carlo and Taryn believe that a driver coach can help you set specific and measurable goals, and then work with you to achieve those goals.

Our driver coaching methods include qualitative techniques, such as observation by the driver and coach, as well as quantitative tools, such as the use of data from acquisition systems. TC Motorsports’ driver coaches and drivers evaluate and compare data (from the car’s data acquisition system) from all team drivers. Using this compiled data, drivers and coaches discuss where and how to go faster. TC Motorsports has used this technique with great success in Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, the Mustang Challenge, as well as in other racing series.
