Carlo and Taryn Sparacio, who are TC Motorsports’ lead driver coaches, are both successful race car drivers who have helped novices, professionals, and every level of driver in between achieve their driving goals. Carlo and Taryn believe that a driver coach can help you set specific and measurable goals, and then work with you to achieve those goals. Our driver coaching methods include qualitative techniques, such as observation by the driver and coach, as well as quantitative tools, such as the use of data from data acquisition systems.
